This meditation is primarily focused with visualisation and relaxation. The description suggests to do this technique while lying down. I would also add that you need to be in a relaxed state to get the most out of it. I would suggest to do this technique in the evening or prior to going to sleep. It may be common to fall asleep the first few times while doing it. You will still engage with the technique on some level, but not quite the same as if you stay awake.

Some parts of the descriptions of locations are not that detailed, so there will be parts where you will have to use your imagination. Some of the wording speaks to the whole body mind complex. For some, this will technique will be a great way to get into meditation. Overall, it is an interesting and great new technique.
