Vegan Breakfast Ideas

Years ago I used to eat granola often. But it contains quite alot of sugar. Now I tend to eat muesli. I try and go for one with no added sugar. Usually it includes oats, nuts and raisins and is a great start to the day. I would usually have some cinammon on top, or nutmeg is good also.

I would normaly go with either oat, coconut or almond milk, all of which are vegan. Rice milk is fine too, but I prefer the others.

Also I would have either a sandwich or toast after this. You could have toast with hummus, or mashed avocado, and some olive oil, or make a vegan sandwich.
